General Terms and Conditions

Our reservation system is safe, it uses a protected server according to SSL certified world standards. Credit card details just have to grant reservation. No amount will be debited. The payment will be settled directly at the Residence.
The conditions about cancelling of reservation do not foresee any penalty for cancellation within seven days before the date of arrival. The Biancacroce Residence reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card and debit an amount in case of cancellation only after that period or in case of no-show.

Privacy

With reference to the art. 13 Italian law 196/03 we remind you that the collected data just need to satisfy the required service.
These information will be given only to staff in charge with these operations and will not be distributed but for aims concerning the service given.
Data can be treated also electronically according to laws in force.

General Notes

The reception of Biancacroce Residence works from 7,00 a.m. to 11,00 p.m. everyday.
For arrivals not included between these hours you’d better inform the residence in advance.
For monthly stay no bail is required but the advance payment of the month.
Rates include all utility costs for water, electricity, heating and air conditioning, the cleaning  service of the apartment 5 times a week (from Monday to Friday), daily freshening of bed-linen once a week.
It is possible for our customers to check the availability and book on-line directly.
This service is fully free and safe. The Biancacroce Residence manages directly the availability and rates stated on this web site with no broker.
All rates stated include VAT.
